Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
No. The quoting process requests six pieces of information: your gender, date of birth, health status in your own description, tobacco use, the coverage you need, and the policy duration. These six pieces give the carriers everything they require to return your pricing. Personal details—your full name, where you live, and specific medical history—are only needed if you go ahead and apply.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
No—they're rates particular to the underwriting group you picked. Your final monthly cost is set by the company after underwriting, which may support your group assignment, upgrade it, or place you elsewhere. The information here represents estimated rates only and is not an insurance guarantee or price commitment.
What happens when I click Apply?
You enter your name, and your application is made from the specific quote you selected, then moves forward within the carriers' protection network. You can exit and come back whenever you like; final approval happens electronically. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-authorized insurance firm (License 0B75129), oversees your application.
Will I need a medical exam?
It's determined by the carrier and your requested amount. Insurers labeled Immediate approval can decide now for approved individuals; every rate option shows whether a medical check is mandatory, might be mandatory, or is not mandatory.
Is a longer term better?
A coverage duration ought to cover the years when your dependents would have financial trouble without you: any home loans, dependent youngsters, business liabilities. Extending the coverage duration means higher costs each month but protects your rate longer. The tool allows you to examine 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30-year possibilities all in one view.
Does this site sell my information?
No. The quoting system never gathers personal details, information shared isn't passed along to others or sold, and our tracking method doesn't use cookies. Review the privacy notice for a full breakdown of what we record and which organizations record it.
